In 1943, Eng. Haji Asgharzadeh founded Asgharzadeh Company after graduation in civil engineering. In addition to his half-century life of constructing many various projects, he also introduced hundreds of technicians, engineers and managers to civil engineering society. He also was one of founders of The Iranian Construction Companies Association (ACCO) and former Labor Bank in Iran.

After Islamic Revolution in Iran, his career was continued by his wise descendant, Dr. Kamran Asgharzadeh. In order to continue his father’s constructive way and also to develop and expand constructional activities, Dr. Asgharzadeh founded a new approach in construction industry by establishing Farayandno Company in 1984 which is adopted by the following managers who will continue and develop this glorious way.
